Warranty Period:

  1. Warranty on Krypton branded motherboards, OSD items ( CD-ROM, CDRW ) Modems and Edimax Networking products is 12 months carry – in * repair / replacement direct warranty from the date of Priya sale.
  2. Additional warranty on KRYPTON branded item for 12 / 24 months can be purchased while purchasing material for additional cost.
  3. Warranty on MSI motherboards is for 23/36 months carry – in * repair / replacement direct warranty from the date of Priya sale.
  4. For all the OTHER products the warranty is 1 Year carry-in* repair / replacement warranty except for the ones specified below. THERE IS NO WARRANTY ON ACCESSORIES LIKE ADAPTORS OR CABLES.
  5. For the Keyboards the warranty is 6 Months carry-in* repair / replacement warranty in case of brands other than KRYPTON.
  6. In case of Mouse / cooling Fans the warranty is FOR LOT UPTO A FIXED DATE carry-in* repair / replacement warranty.
  7. Warranty for the repaired / replacement material will be from the date of original purchase and not from the date of delivery of repaired / replaced material.

Warranty will be void in the following conditions for all the products:

  1. The warranty period is over.
  2. The serial no. / bar code is tampered with.
  3. Physical damage is seen on the product (like broken corners, visible cracks, connector pins damaged etc. )
  4. Electrical overload stress
  5. Warranty seal, screws, rubber support, is tampered with.
  6. Remarking / modifying of the original product brand
  7. Any products if found corroded.

* Customer to carry the product to Priya service / office / warehouse.
PRIYA LTD. decision would be final and binding to the customer .

Warranty Policy Guidelines:
Warranty will be also void for the different products in the following conditions:

  1. CPU’s
    o If Pin/pins of CPU is broken or bent.
    o The back portion of the CPU is appearing brown / black in color due to overheating.
  2. HARD DISK DRIVES
    o Media Screws are missing or tampered.
    o IDE/ Power supply connector pin is broken.
    o Drives, if shaken makes some noise which resembles that something is broken inside.
    o Warranty seal is tampered and / or has a hole in it.
  3. MOTHER BOARDS
    o The CPU socket is turned to brown in color.
    o The battery is missing from the mother board.
    o The memory socket is broken or damaged.
  4. CD ROM
    o IDE / Power supply connector pin is broken.
  5. KEYBOARDS & MOUSE
    o Outer cable is damaged / cut or broken.
  6. MONITOR
    o Signal cable is cut / damaged by pests.
    o Any physical damage to picture tube / cabinet.
  7. SPIKE GUARDS
    o No warranty on the plastic parts.
    o Burnt due to over load / spikes beyond range.
  8. SPEAKERS
    o No warranty on the plastic parts.
  9. MODEMS
    o If the PCB and / or the Chips, IC’s are burnt due to any reason.
    o There is no warranty on accessories like adaptors or cables

Replacement Procedure.

  1. If materials under warranty will be returned by the party through dealer or directly and replacements will be given against surrender of system generated acknowledgement give to the party at the time of receipt of defective material.
  2. The Dealer / Customer can avail warranty from any of Priya branches IRRESPECTIVE OF place / branch of purchase.
  3. One way freight will be borne by the customer. Repaired/Replaced material will be sent to the customer on freight paid basis. Any other levy like OCTROI and like has to be borne by the customer . The customer will provide transit forms wherever required by local tax department.

Replacements and Credit Notes.

  1. If the product is found Dead on Arrival, and received by us WITHIN 15 DAYS of date of our invoice, replacement will be given from fresh stock, provided the goods are returned in original packing, except in case of OEM packing.
  2. We will make best efforts to replace the defective material under warranty across the counter in most cases or materials under warranty would be repaired in SEVEN working days from the receipt of material from the customer. In case the material cannot be repaired, the similar material of the same make & capacity will be given as replacement. In case same material is also not available, then the similar material of other make but the same capacity can be given to the customer subject to his consent.
  3. If material under warranty cannot be repaired/replaced, a credit note as per the current price of the product or the Invoice Value whichever is lower net of Sales Tax/CVD amount will be issued.
  4. In case of warranty by the manufacturer as in case of Seagate , Viewsonic, Philips and like manufacturer , we will help the customer to get the service from the manufacturer or their agents and our responsibility will be limited to that only.

Out of Warranty Materials:

The materials received, if are out of warranty and repairable ( if approved by our customer support engineer ), then the materials can be repaired on chargeable basis after the due confirmation is received from the customer in writing.

In case of Mumbai branch, all the replacements will be given from the Vashi Warehouse only. The materials will be accepted at Lower Parel Office / Vashi Warehouse.
